What It Is and Why It’s Important

If your site doesn’t work or many links are broken, then your customers won’t be satisfied. And they may never return to your site.

Technical performance measures include data on the number of errors on your site and the amount of time the site is down. You need to monitor these measures and fix these problems or your other performance measures will be affected.
